We do not allow pets at our hotel. This is primarily for our guests that have pet allergies.
We are, however, required to accept service animals. We would appreciate a heads up if you are bringing a service dog so that we can be prepared to deep clean the room (at no charge to you) after you leave. Since we advertise as pet free we do an extra thorough cleaning including shampooing the carpet in case the next guest checking in has any animal allergies.
Service animals are defined as dogs that are individually trained to do work or perform tasks for people with disabilities. Service animals are working animals, not pets. The work or task a dog has been trained to provide must be directly related to the person's disability. Dogs whose sole function is to provide comfort or emotional support do not qualify as service animals under the ADA.
Thank you for respecting our business by not bringing pets.
We appreciate your cooperation!
